Lifestyle and Lifting Program

Lifestyle Pillars = Exercise; Sleep; Stress; Nutrition; Play

1st Session:

  • 10 minute personalized interview about lifestyle pillars

  • 15 minutes: evaluation balance, movement control and strength

  • 30 minutes: balance, control, and strength work

  • 5 minute summary: exercise routine & journal

2nd Session:

  • 10 minute interview about change in lifestyle pillars, review exercise routine & journal

  • 45 minutes: balance, control, and strength work

  • 5 minutes: Revise exercise routine

 3rd session and remaining:

  • 5 minute interview about lifestyle pillars, journal, and exercise routine

  • 50 minutes: balance, control, and strength work

  • 5 minutes: Revise exercise routine

 A Lifestyle & Lifting Session offers you an individualized look at your functional abilities, your exercise routine and your lifestyle choices to create a plan to reach your personal goals: health, weight-loss, increased balance, a better Pickleball game, the ability to keep up with kids/grandkids, increased ease of getting off the floor or decreased fall risk to name just a few. Heidi is a skilled Personal Trainer available to work with you to build strength, agility, balance, and movement control. She is also skilled at evaluating and addressing sleep routines, eating habits, stress levels and work/play balance that do influence our daily experiences.

Heidi Kafura, Personal Trainer

has her Bachelors in Movement Studies and a topical minor in Gerontology and Wellness, with a strong background to help you make lifestyle choices and build a personalized exercise routine.
